Epson PLQ-30 – Reliable Passbook Printing for Banking & Business
The Epson PLQ-30 is a specialised passbook and impact dot matrix printer designed for demanding printing environments such as banks, financial institutions, government offices and other organisations requiring reliable document printing.
With its 24-pin impact dot matrix technology, the PLQ-30 provides high-speed printing of up to 585 characters per second in High-Speed Draft mode. It supports passbooks up to 2.6 mm thick, as well as banking slips, forms, receipts, tickets and other specialised documents.
The printer supports multi-part printing with one original plus up to six copies, making it suitable for applications that require duplicate or archived documents. Its automatic sheet alignment, auto platen gap adjustment and automatic border functionality help provide consistent and reliable document handling.
With support for PR2, IBM PPDS and ESC/P2 emulations, along with USB, parallel and serial connectivity, the PLQ-30 can integrate with a wide range of existing banking and business systems.
