1. Agreement & Acceptance

Welcome to Aster Computers ("Store," "we," "us"). By accessing or making purchases on astercomputers.in or astercomputersonline.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use our storefront or services.

2. Customer Accounts & Responsibilities

When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password, and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Product Listings, Pricing & Taxes

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are accurate:

• Currency & GST: All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
• Price & Availability Changes: Prices and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of an inadvertent pricing error or system glitch, Aster Computers reserves the right to cancel affected unfulfilled orders and issue a full refund.
• Product Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes; minor color or cosmetic packaging variations may occur from OEM manufacturers.

4. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

All computing hardware, laptops, desktop components, printers, and monitors sold by Aster Computers are covered by their respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranties (such as HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Gigabyte, Western Digital, etc.) as per manufacturer terms.

5. Payment & Order Processing

We accept payments through secure online gateways (Razorpay), supporting UPI, NetBanking, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards.

• Orders are confirmed once payment verification is successfully completed.
• Aster Computers reserves the right to decline or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, invalid billing details, or unserviceable PIN codes.

6. Printer Lease Rentals & Technical Repair Services

Services including corporate printer lease rentals, custom PC builds, and chip-level motherboard repairs are governed by specific service sheets/agreements executed at the time of order:

• Rental units remain the property of Aster Computers and must be used with authorized consumables.
• Technical repair estimates provided at our Madurai workshop are based on preliminary diagnosis and component availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aster Computers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use any product purchased from us. Customers are strongly advised to back up all personal data before handing over devices for repair or upgrade.

8. Intellectual Property

All website design, text, graphics, logos, product layouts, and software code on astercomputers.in are the intellectual property of Aster Computers or its content suppliers. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited. Brand names, logos, and trademarks of third-party OEMs (HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any transactions entered into through our storefront shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
